Bag Development and Sourcing
Mr. Gib, the owner of Great Finds Inc, is one leading gift company from the US. He planned to launch a bag collection for one of his brands for 2020 Spring. Style Sourcing was introduced to him by one of his friends, who used to cooperate with us happily.
Mr. Gib and his team shared with us some ideas and designs that they want to develop. With a clear understanding of their needs, Style Sourcing team consolidated the resources from online and offline also our supplier database, we collected various designs quickly for his team to pick.
For the designs they created, we choose the best matching supplier to make the sample.
The buying team did a preliminary selection based on product photos and videos. Then we arranged for the factory to prepare samples and send them to the United States for testing and evaluation. We checked the samples before shipping and wrote some modification suggestions for their reference.
The buying team tested and approved the samples, and did the final selection on the styles, and placed the order. We helped them negotiate a better price with factories based on the quantity they ordered and a faster lead time.
Arranged the pre-production samples for the designs that need to be modified. Sent swatches and worked with the buying team on the color selection and fabric switching.
During the production, we followed up with factories tightly to make sure everything is produced in strict accordance with customers’ requirements. And we carried out a comprehensive on-site inspection.
Including: outer packaging, inner packaging, bar code information, and the most important product quality inspection, and so on.
After careful inspection, we issued an inspection report to the customer. The customer approved the booking, we coordinated with the forwarder to arrange the container and monitored the container loading process.
After smooth cooperation for the first time, we maintained a good relationship with Mr. Carson and kept working together for their new launch.
